Abstract

"MOTOR DE CORRIDA TENDO MANCAIS TRIMETáLICOS COM REVESTIMENTO ESPESSO PARA APLICAçõES EM ALTA VELOCIDADE E/OU CARGA ELEVADA". é fornecido um motor de corrida para uso em aplicações em alta velocidade e/ou carga elevada como corrida de carro em pista reta. O motor inclui um bloco de motor e um eixo de manivelas disposto dentro do bloco do motor. O motor também inclui um mancal disposto em torno e giratoriamente apoiando o eixo de manivelas. O mancal é do tipo trimetálico e tem uma camada de forro de aço, uma camada inter-mediária e uma camada de revestimento. De acordo com a presente invenção, a camada de revestimento tem uma espessura de pelo menos 38 <109>m, e preferivelmente aproximadamente 51 <109>m.
