Abstract

Patente de Invenção para "GARRAFA DE MATERIALTERMOPLáSTICO E MéTODO PARA A MANUFATURA EENCHIMENTO DA MESMA". A garrafa é uma peça única, ecompreende um corpo principal (2) com uma parte de fechamentohermética (6) delimitada por um enfraquecimento (7) do materialadjacente à periferia da boca. A parte de fundo é constituída poruma chapa de um material termoplástico unida ao corpo da garrafapor termo-soldagem. A garrafa é fechada com uma tampa comrosca (8), ou um topo (12), que são unidos à parte de fechamento(6) por meio de um adesivo ou cola (11). O método compreende osestágios de alimentação de um laminado termoplástico para umamáquina de termo-formação; aquecimento do laminado à umatemperatura pré-determinada, inserção de um puncionadorpré-formado (17) em um molde negativo (18) da garrafa (1), situadaem posição invertida, o laminado (16) interposto entre opuncionador e o molde; conformação do corpo (2) da garrafa pormeio de pressão ou vácuo pneumático; formação doenfraquecimento (7) e da porção de vedação (6) por meio de umpuncionador (19); enchimento da garrafa com o produto (22) a sercontido na mesma, pela abertura superior (20) que mais tarde seráa parte de fundo da garrafa, e termo-soldagem de um laminado (21)de material termoplástico à periferia da referida abertura superior,determinando a parte de fundo ou base e, a garrafa sendo,portanto, acabada e hermeticamente vedada.
