Abstract

"FOGãO DE MESA DE EMBUTIR - COORTOP". O moderno fogão de mesa de embutir - cooktop -apresenta uma superfície de cocção típica, que é formada por uma mesa de vidro ou vitrocerâmica (1). De forma alternativa às áreas de cocção aquecidas eletricamente podem ser previstas também áreas de cocção aquecidas por um queimador a gás, denominadas áreas do queimador (2). Para se evitar, na utilização de queimadores de jato de gás, canais de escapamento de gás dispendiosos, assim como para se evitar, no emprego de queimadores a gás atmosféricos, suportes de panelas separados, a invenção prevê que o local de aquecimento (2) seja formado por meio de uma abóbada (3) do tipo plana na mesa de vidro ou vitrocerâmica (1), em baixo da qual está disposto o queimador a gás (4, 4a) , e com uma superfície plana (3a), como superfície de colocação da panela, e com um lado circundante (3b) no qual as aberturas (5, 6) são modeladas.
