Abstract

"BALANCEAMENTO DE DESGASTE DE CALCANHAR E UNHA" A presente invenção se refere a aperfeiçoamentos em modelos de bandas de rodagem do tipo em blocos para pneus pneumáticos (110, 210). A fim de balancear o desgaste de calcanhar e de unha, os calcanhares (126, 226) de um ou mais dentre os blocos se encontram providos de um ou mais chanfros (130, 230). A aplicação de uma quantidade, formato e dimensão de apropriados de chanfros provê os blocos com um espaçamento vazio líquido em relação ao bruto variável, onde o espaçamento vazio descresce a partir do calcanhar para a unha. Com o aumento de espaçamento vazio, a taxa de desgaste do calcanhar é aumentada a fim de balancear a taxa de desgaste da unha.
