Abstract

"PROCESSO DE ADSORçãO COM OSCILAçãO DE PRESSãO (PSA) PARA REMOçãO DE UM GáS PREFERIDO DE UMA MISTURA GASOSA" A invenção refere-se a uma razão de pressão de ciclo quase constante juntamente com um balanço dos efluentes de vaso adsorvente em um processo de adsorção com oscilação de pressão. A invenção monitora taxa de pressão de ciclo e depois altera os fluxos e tempo de etapa de ciclo para manter seu valor, maximizando deste modo desempenho da instalação e evitando paradas desnecessárias. Manutenção de uma razão de pressão quase constante garante que a produção da instalação está otimizada e que o consumo de energia está minimizado. O balanço dos efluentes do vaso adsorvente, usando as correspondentes purezas residuais, é empregado para adicionalmente aumentar a produção da instalação.
