Claims (5)
- 吸着剤を充填した吸着塔の圧力を相対的に高い圧力とした吸着工程と相対的に低い圧力とした再生工程とに交互に切り換えてガス分離を行う圧力変動吸着分離法によってバイオガスに含まれるメタンを濃縮し、濃縮したメタンを前記吸着塔から導出して製品槽に貯留し、該製品槽から使用先に濃縮メタンを供給するメタン濃縮方法において、バイオガス中のメタン濃度の変動に応じて変化する前記吸着塔又は前記製品槽の圧力を測定して最大圧力を求め、求めた最大圧力に基づいて前記吸着塔に導入するバイオガス量を調整することを特徴とするメタン濃縮方法。
- 吸着剤を充填した吸着塔の圧力を相対的に高い圧力とした吸着工程と相対的に低い圧力とした再生工程とに交互に切り換えてガス分離を行う圧力変動吸着分離法によってバイオガスに含まれるメタンを濃縮し、濃縮したメタンを前記吸着塔から導出して製品槽に貯留し、該製品槽から使用先に濃縮メタンを供給するメタン濃縮方法において、バイオガス中のメタン濃度の変動に応じて変化する前記吸着塔又は前記製品槽の圧力を測定して最大圧力を求め、求めた最大圧力とあらかじめ設定した目標最大圧力とを比較し、前記最大圧力が前記目標最大圧力より低いときには吸着塔に導入するバイオガス量が増加するように調整し、前記最大圧力が前記目標最大圧力より高いときには、吸着塔に導入するバイオガス量が減少するように調整することを特徴とするメタン濃縮方法。
- 前記吸着塔に導入するバイオガス量の調整は、吸着塔に導入するバイオガスを圧縮する圧縮機の回転数を制御して行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のメタン濃縮方法。
- 前記吸着塔又は前記製品槽の圧力をあらかじめ設定した時間間隔で測定し、測定した現時点の測定圧力(P0)と、一つ前の測定圧力(P1)及び二つ前の測定圧力(P2)とを比較し、(P0)<(P1)かつ(P0)<(P2)を満たしたときに、一つ前の測定圧力(P1)を前記最大圧力とすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載のメタン濃縮方法。
- 前記最大圧力は、前記製品槽の圧力を測定して求めることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4いずれか1項記載のメタン濃縮方法。
