Abstract

"SISTEMA DE FREIO á DISCO úMIDO". Um sistema de freios (10) para um componente giratório (12), sendo que o sistema de freios consiste de uma pluralidade de discos (14) acoplados ao referido componente (12) para girar com o referido componente (12) em torno de um eixo, apresentando cada disco (14) a primeira e a segunda superfícies radiais opostas (22a, 22b) e uma pluralidade de placas de freio (16) fixadas contra a rotação, mas linearmente móveis com relação aos referidos discos (14) paralelos ao referido eixo, cada placa de freio (16) apresenta uma superfície de freio (20). Os discos (14) e a placa de freio (16) justapostos de modo que ao menos uma das superfícies radiais (22) de cada disco (14) esteja voltada para a superfície de freio (20) de uma placa de freio (16). Ao menos uma das superfícies de freio (20) e a superfície radial (22) conta com uma pluralidade de ranhuras (24, 26). As ranhuras (24, 26) orientadas para oferecer vias de fluxo do fluído através de pelo menos uma das referidas superfícies de freio de frenagem (22) e uma posição desimpedida onde a superfície de freio (20) fica em encaixe com a referida superfície de freio (22). Uma carcaça vedada é disposta na qual os discos (14) e as placas de freio (16) estão presentes, sendo que a carcaça contém um volume de líquido através do qual os discos (14) giram.
