Abstract

"MATERIAL DE ALUMINOFOSFATO MESOPOROSO MODIFICADO, COM áREA DE SUPERFìCIE SUPERIOR,TERMICAMENTE ESTáVEL". Material de aluminofosfato mesoporoso incluindo uma composição de aluminofosfato sólido modificada com pelo menos um elemento selecionado de zircónio, cério, lantânio, manganês, cobalto, zinco e vanádio. Este material de aluminofosfato mesoporoso possui uma área superfície específica de pelo menos 100 m^ 2^/g, um diâmetro médio do poro inferior ou igual a 100 â e uma distribuição de tamanho de poro, tal que, pelo menos 50% dos poros possuem um diâmetro de poro inferior a 100 â.O material pode ser usado como um suporte para um craqueamento de catalisador catalítico. Adicionalmente, é revelado um processo para fabricação de tal material de aluminofosfato mesoporoso. O processo, que preferivelmente evita o uso de reagentes orgânicos ou solventes inclui a provisão de uma solução aquosa contendo um componente fosforoso inorgânico; um componente contendo alumínio inorgânico e um componente de modificação inorgânico contendo, pelo menos, um elemento selecionado de zircónio, cério, lantânio, manganês, cobalto, zinco e vanádio. é formado um material aluminofosfato mesoporoso sólido na solução, por ajuste do pH da solução para a faixa de 7 a 12 e então recuperado.
