Abstract
"UM CASSETE DE GENE; UMA SEQuêNCIA CODIFICADORA; VETOR DE EXPRESSãO; PLANTAS TRANSGêNICAS SUPERDESENVOLVIDAS RESISTENTES AO ESTRESSE CAPAZES DE CRESCER EM SOLO SALINIZADO; SEMENTE PRODUZIDA POR ESTAS PLANTAS; PLANTA PROGêNIE DA SEMENTE; CONSTRUCTO; CéLULAS DE PLANTA; MéTODO". Uma planta transgênica, superdesenvolvida, resistente ao estresse, capaz de crescer em meio salinizado, compreendendo uma seq³ência de polinucleotídeos provocando expressão regulada da fosfatase vacuolar. Também descobriu-se que a semente produzida por essas plantas transgênicas compreende essa sequência de polinucleotídeos, e que as plantas da progênie cresceram a partir dessa semente.
