Abstract

Glukozinolat profilleri açisindan bir bitki popülasyonunun taranmasini ve arttirilmis alkil/indol glukozinolat oranina sahip olan bireysel bir bitkinin seçilmesini kapsayan yüksek düzeylerde kanser kemoprotektif ajanlari ile turpgillerden tohum genetik materyalinin, özellikle de brokkoli ve karnabahar tohum genetik materyalinin meydana getirilmesi için yöntem. Seçilen bitki ile takip eden üretme,istenen glukozinolat profilleri olan varyeteler, nesiller ve bitkiler ile sonuçlanir. Filizlerin kemoprotektif aktivitesinin arttirilmasinda turpgillerden filizlerin yetistirilmesinde bir yöntemdir. Azaltilmis sizintili tohumlarin meydana getirilmesinde, bir bitki popülasyonunun taranmasini ve bu tip tohumlari meydana getiren bireysel bir bitkinin seçilmesini kapsayan, sizmasi azaltilmis tohum materyali olan tohumlari meydana getiren turpgillerden, tohum genetik materyalinin meydana getirilmesi için bir yöntemdir.
