Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE BISFENOL-A". O objetivo da invenção é um processo para a preparação de p,p-bisfenol A (BPA) mediante reação de acetona e fenol especialmente de resinas de poliestireno sulfonadas reticuladas (resinas trocadoras de íons), no qual em seguida à unidade de reação, o BPA é separado da solução de reação a) por uma cristalização primária na forma de uma cristalização em camada acionada contínua ou descontinuamente, b) e eventualmente por uma outra purificação mediante destilação ou cristalização, c) e a corrente de circuito separada de BPA enriquecida de produtos colaterais é reconduzida sob ligação intermediária de uma reação de rearranjo molecular e uma destilação para a remoção de água, acetona e eventualmente fenol na frente ou atrás do reator.
