Abstract

"ANTI CORPO MONOCLONAL, HIBRIDOMA, MéTODO DE IMUNOENSAIO E KIT PARA DIAGNOSE". O objetivo da presente invenção é proporcionar um método diagnóstico pelo qual infecção por <UM>Helicobacter pylori<MV> pode ser diagnosticada em um baixo custo sem causar dor aos indivíduos e sem requerer equipamento particular e o qual é isento de reatividade cruzada e excelente quanto à especificidade sem variação entre os lotes como um resultado do uso de um único anticorpo, facilitando o controle e qualidade e o qual mostra boa sensitividade mesmo quando um único anticorpo monoclonal é usado. A presente invenção proporciona um anticorpo monoclonal o qual reconhece catalase de <UM>Helicobacter pylori<MV> como um antígeno.
