Abstract
"VáLVULA DE INJEçãO PARA INJETAR COMBUSTIVEL EM UMA CAMARA DE COMBUSTãO DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA E MéTODOS DE USAR UMA FORMA DE ONDA CONFIGURADA PARA CONTROLAR UMA VáLVULA DE INJEçãO E DE OPERAR UMA VáLVULA DE INJEçãO". Uma válvula de injeção diretamente acionada que compreende um corpo de válvula oco, uma agulha de válvula disposta no dentro do interior oco, uma mola de agulha, um conjunto atuador, e um conjunto de conexão hidráulica. A agulha de válvula é deslocável entre uma posição fechada e uma posição aberta para governar o fluxo de combustivel para o interior da câmara de combustão de um motor de combustão interna. O deslocamento da agulha de válvula a partir da posição fechada é definido como o levantamento. A mola de agulha compele a agulha de válvula na posição fechada. O conjunto atuador gera uma força de abrir que atua contra a mola de agulha para abrir a válvula. O conjunto de conexão hidráulica é interposto entre a agulha de válvula e a mola de agulha e o conjunto atuador.0 conjunto de conexão hidráulica transmite respectivas forças de fechamento e de abertura para a agulha de válvula. A conexão hidráulica de preferência compreende um êmbolo disposto no interior de um cilindro que é carregado com um fluido hidráulico. As forças de abrir e fechar são transmitidas através de uma espessura do fluido hidráulico que e aprisionado entre as superficies planares do êmbolo e a cabeça e base do cilindro hidráulico. Na concretização preferencial, a espessura do fluido hidráulico aprisionado entre o êmbolo e cabeça ou base do cilindro é automaticamente ajustável em resposta às variações na relação dimensional entre componentes da válvula de injeção para manter um levantamento de agulha de válvula desejado quando o conjunto atuador é ativado. Quando o conjunto atuador compreende um membro magnetostritivo ou piezelétrico, os movimentos da agulha de válvula podem ser controlados pela aplicação de um pulso de controle configurado ou forma de onda para aperfeiçoar a velocidade do curso de abrir e fechar da agulha de válvula, e reduzir o impacto da agulha de válvula sobre a sede da válvula com o fechamento.
