Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA DEPOSIçãO QUìMICA DE MATERIAL SINTéTICO SOBRE UM MEMBRO DE SUBSTRATO". Dispositivo para e processo para deposição química sobre um membro alongado (2) de material vítreo no qual um membro de sujeição rotativo (5) leva uma primeira parte extrema (2a) do membro alongado (2) a girar (20). A segunda parte extrema (2b) do membro alongado (2) é sustentada por um par de membros de suporte (34, 35) que são axialmente mutuamente espaçados (L1) e são suscetíveis de permitir o movimento de rotação angular e o deslizamento axial da segunda parte extrema. Cada membro de suporte (34,35) também aplica uma limitação radial prevenindo que a segunda parte extrema (2b) se afaste do eixo geométrico de rotação, assim forçando a segunda parte (2b) e o membro alongado (2) a situarem-se com um eixo geométrico longitudinal coaxial com o eixo geométrico de rotação (18). Qualquer curvatura do membro alongado (2) é corrigida e recuperada desta maneira.
