Abstract

"TUBO APERFEIçOADO PARA TROCADORES TéRMICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a tubos úteis para trocadores térmicos. O perfil aperfeiçoado em seção transversal de raio duplo da presente invenção é formado a partir de dois conjuntos de círculos (100a,b e 200a,b), cada um dos conjuntos de círculos tendo o mesmo raio, os dois conjuntos tendo, porém, raios diferentes. O perfil não-elíptico de tubo de raio duplo da presente invenção é, portanto, definido por dois conjuntos de arcos que se intersectam, opostos (101, 102 e 201, 202) que formam um raio duplo tubular com dois conjuntos de raios desiguais de valores predeterminados. Uma vez que cada raio dentro de um conjunto de raios é igual, cada um dos lados opostos dentro de um conjunto de lados é substancialmente simétrico, porém, uma vez que cada conjunto de lados são arcos de círculos, os lados não são achatados. O perfil geral em seção transversal de raio duplo do tubo aperfeiçoado não é, portanto, elíptico, nem redondo, nem retangular, ou obredondo. O perfil de raio duplo ajuda na criação de turbulência em um fluido dentro do tubo, aumentando a capacidade de transmissão térmica. O tubo pode ser também torcido em um número predeterminado de torções, criando uma turbulência ainda maior em um fluido dentro e fora do tubo e aumentando ainda mais a capacidade de transmissão térmica.
