Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM EIXO DE CAMES MONTADO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A REALIZAçãO DESTE MéTODO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de um eixo montado, principalmente um eixo de cames montado no qual as peças, principalmente os cames (2) são aplicados por meio de operações de ensamblar sobre um eixo (1) em posições em direção axial e posições em torno de sua circunferência determinadas previamente com encaixe à pressão por união por compressão. Os cames apresentam na direção de empuxo dos cames (2) ou do eixo (1), quando vistos a partir de sua área frontal (23), apresentam uma ranhura para um meio lubrificante (22) que circunda uma perfuração interna (21) delas, através da qual, durante a sobreposição dos cames por deslizamento sobre o eixo (1) para as posições em direção axial determinadas previamente e/ou durante a rotação dos cames (1) para as posições determinadas previamente em torno da circunferência, é introduzido na perfuração interna (21) um meio lubrificante.
