Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PURIFICAR O DNA DE PLASMìDEO DE CéLULAS PROCARIóTICAS MEDIANTE O EMPREGO DE FILTRAçãO DE FLUXO TANGENCIAL". é descrito um processo para a purificação de DNA de plasmídeo de células procarióticas que os contêm. Esse processo compreende as etapas de: (a) digestão das células; (b) incubação das células durante aproximadamente 4 a 24 horas para efetuar a sua lise e solubilização, sem afetar a digestão enzimática do RNA; (c) remoção dos contaminantes de lisado das células, para se obter uma solução de DNA de plasmídeo; (d) filtração da solução através de um dispositivo de filtração de fluxo tangencial para se obter um material retido contendo o DNA de plasmídeo; e (e) coleta do material retido.
