"MéTODO DE FUNçãO DE CORRELAçãO DE SEQUêNCIA PELA TRANSFECçãO DE UMA DAS SEQUêNCIAS DE áCIDO NUCLEICO DE UM ORGANISMO DOADOR EM UM HOPEDEIRO DE PLANTA EM UMA ORIENTAçãO DE SENTIDO POSITIVO OU ANTI-SENTIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para correlacionar a função de uma sequência de ácido nucleico derivada de organismo hospedeiro por uma expressão transiente de sequência de ácido nucleico em uma orientação de sentido positivo ou anti-sentido em um hospedeiro de planta.
