Abstract
"MéTODO DE MOLDAGEM E APARELHAGEM DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". O método e a aparelhagem de moldagem são mostrados utilizando uma unidade de injeção (17) ou de plastificação em combinação com uma prensa de encadernação horizontal (18) apresentando um primeiro ou movível rolo de impresão de molde (22) conduzindo uma primeira porção (24) de um molde ou moldes, e um segundo, ou fixável, rolo de impressão de porta (26) conduzindo uma segunda porção (25) de um molde ou moldes. O rolo de impressão de porta (26) oscila entre aberto e fechado em uma articulação (29), e é fixável na sua posição fechada. Quando o rolo de impressão móvel (22) encontra-se na sua posição fechada adjacente à posição fixa do rolo de impressão de porta (26), é formada uma cavidade de molde pela primeira e segunda porções da molde ou moldes, o material é injetado no interior da cavidade de molde.
