Abstract

"SISTEMA E PROCESSO PARA INSERIR UM DISPOSITIVO DE REVESTIMENTO NO INTERIOR DA PASSAGEM DE UM GASODUTO ATIVO E PARA LATERALMENTE PROPELIR O DITO DISPOSITIVO DE REVESTIMENTO ATRAVéS DA DITA PASSAGEM". Um sistema e processo de inserir um dispositivo de revestimento no interior da passagem de um gasoduto ativo e para propelir lateralmente o dispositivo de revestimento através da passagem, o sistema compreendendo um flange de entrada tendo um orifício operativamente conectado com o gasoduto, uma vedação de retenção primária tendo um orifício operativamente conectado com o flange de entrada, uma placa de montagem operativamente conectada com a vedação de retenção e uma unidade de propulsão operativamente conectada com a placa de montagem. O processo compreende expor uma seção do gasoduto ativo, criar um desvio, remover parte do gasoduto desviado desse modo expondo uma abertura no gasoduto ativo, afixar o flange de entrada à abertura, inserir a unidade de revestimento afixada ao conduto flexível através do flange de entrada, afixar a unidade de propulsor ao flange de entrada e conduto flexível e acionar a unidade de propulsão para propelir o conduto flexível através do gasoduto ativo.
