Abstract

Description
本申请要求了申请日为2020年07月08日、申请号为202010655307.0、发明名称为“连接管组件以及输送管组件”以及申请日为2020年07月08日、申请号为202010655309.X、发明名称为“修复输送管连接接头的方法以及修复输送管的方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及一种连接管组件、输送管组件、修复输送管连接接头的方法以及修复输送管的方法,属于管道修复技术领域。
输送管在输送液体介质时,若发生泄漏(例如渗漏或爆管),则需要对泄漏点进行抢修。现有的管道修复属于比较复杂的基础工程。一般而言,管道通常都是埋在地面以下,这给修复造成了一定的困难。另外,管道的修复一般是针对有问题的某一部分进行,而不是对全部长度的管道进行替换,这就需要解决新、旧管道之间的连接问题。
因此,有必要设计出一种新型的连接管组件、输送管组件、修复输送管连接接头的方法以及修复输送管的方法以解决上述管道修复的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易于施工的连接管组件、输送管组件、修复输送管连接接头的方法以及修复输送管的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种连接管组件,其特征在于,包括原有管道、固定连接在所述原有管道的端部的接头外套、穿插在所述原有管道中且延伸至所述接头外套的修复管、部分插入所述修复管中的接头、以及套接在所述接头上且与所述接头外套相固定的锁紧元件,所述接头包括插入在所述修复管中的插入部以及延伸超出所述接头外套的安装部,所述锁紧元件套接在所述安装部上,所述修复管被夹紧在所述插入部与所述接头外套之间。
本发明还涉及一种输送管组件,其包括两组前述的连接管组件,其中这两组连接管组件的接头固定在一起,从而使两组连接管组件相连通。
本发明还涉及一种修复输送管连接接头的方法,其包括如下步骤:
S1:在施工位置挖一个作业坑,以将原有管道暴露出来;
S2:将露出的所述原有管道切断;
S3:提供一个接头外套,并将所述接头外套与所述原有管道固定连接;
S4:提供修复管,并将所述修复管穿插在所述原有管道以及所述接头外套中,并使所述修复管的端头延伸超出所述接头外套;
S5:对所述修复管的端头进行裁切,并将所述修复管的端头向外翻边;
S6:提供一个接头以及套接在所述接头上的锁紧元件,并将所述接头组装在安装设备上;
S7:将与所述安装设备相连的所述接头沿轴向插入所述修复管中直到推不动为止;
S8:切掉所述修复管的端头,并将所述锁紧元件与所述接头外套连接到一起;
S9:移除所述安装设备,从而在所述原有管道的一个端面上连接了所述接头。
本发明还涉及一种修复输送管的方法,其包括前述的修复输送管连接接头的方法,原有管道被切掉一段长度以形成两个端面,其中所述原有管道的每一个端面上均连接有所述接头,所述修复输送管的方法在步骤S9之后还包括如下步骤:
S10:将两个所述接头固定在一起以实现内部连通。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过设置接头外套、穿插在所述原有管道中的修复管、接头以及与所述接头外套相固定的锁紧元件,很好地解决了新、旧管道的连接问题,且易于施工。

请参图1至图8所示,本发明揭示了一种修复输送管连接接头的方法。请参照图1所示,首先,将原有管道1切断;然后,将接头外套2与所述原有管道1固定连接。固定连接的方式包括但不限于通过法兰盘或者焊接的方式进行。
请参照图2及图3所示,将修复管3穿插在所述原有管道1以及所述接头外套2中,并使所述修复管3的端头31延伸超出所述接头外套2;然后,对所述修复管3的端头31进行裁切,并将所述修复管3的端头31向外翻边,即将所述修复管3的端头31向一侧偏移一定的距离。具体地,所述修复管3的端头31被裁切为若干条,留下对称的两条311,其它条被沿着与所述接头外套2的端面相平齐的位置切除掉。
请参照图4所示,提供一个接头4以及套接在所述接头4上的锁紧元件5,并将所述接头4 组装在安装设备6上。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所示接头4包括插入在所述修复管3中的插入部41、延伸超出所述接头外套2的安装部42以及连接在所述插入部41与所述安装部42之间的锥形部43。所述锥形部43的外径较小的一端431与所述插入部41相连,所述锥形部43的外径较大的一端432与所述安装部42相连,所述安装部42的外径大于所述修复管3的内径。
在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述锁紧元件5为锁紧螺帽,所述接头外套2设有与所述锁紧螺帽相配合的外螺纹21。此外,所述接头4还设有靠近所述接头外套2且用以限位所述锁紧螺帽的限位凸起44。所述限位凸起44位于所述安装部42与所述锥形部43的连接处。
所述安装设备6包括内胀头61、与所述内胀头61相连的连接杆62、与所述连接杆62相连的油缸63、支撑套64以及与所述支撑套64相连的过度连接件65。请参照图4所示,所述内胀头61沿轴向部分凸出所述接头4。在将所述接头4与所述安装设备6进行组装之前,先在所述接头4的内壁上涂覆润滑油,从而便于将所述内胀头61安装入所述接头4。
请参照图5所示,与所述安装设备6相连的所述接头4沿轴向插入所述修复管3中直到推不动为止。在所述插入部41插入所述修复管3时,拉紧所述修复管3以防止其被推回管内。此时,所述锥形部43仅部分插入所述修复管3中以沿所述连接管组件100的轴向与所述修复管3相定位。
请参照图6所示,切掉所述修复管3的端头31,并将所述锁紧元件5与所述接头外套2的连接到一起,即将锁紧螺帽与外螺纹21拧紧。此时,所述限位凸起44与所述接头外套2沿所述连接管组件100的轴向间隔设置。
请参照图7所示,然后,移除所述安装设备6,从而在所述原有管道1的一个端面上连接了所述接头4,到此一个接头4的安装过程全部结束。具体地,先通过所述油缸63将所述连接杆62向回拉,从而使所述内胀头61从所述插入部41中移动至所述安装部42中;将油缸63移出后,修复管3会自动恢复到原有的位置;然后再将所述安装设备6整体从所述安装部42上移除。在所述内胀头61向回拉的过程中,由于插入部41的内径较小,因此所述内胀头61能够起到一定的扩大直径的作用,从而将所述修复管3被夹紧在所述插入部41与所述接头外套2之间。
请参照图8所示,本发明的连接管组件100包括原有管道1、固定连接在所述原有管道1的端部的接头外套2、穿插在所述原有管道1中且延伸至所述接头外套2的修复管3、部分插入所述修复管3中的接头4、以及套接在所述接头4上且与所述接头外套2相固定的锁紧元件5。
利用图1至图8中的原理,本发明还提供了一种修复输送管200的方法。请参照图9至图15所示,其包括如下步骤:
S1:在施工位置挖一个作业坑201,以将原有管道1暴露出来;该步骤中的原有管道1即待修复的输送管200;
S2:将露出的所述原有管道1切断;
S3:提供一个接头外套2,并将所述接头外套2与所述原有管道1固定连接;
S4:提供修复管3,并将所述修复管3穿插在所述原有管道1以及所述接头外套2中,并使所述修复管3的端头31延伸超出所述接头外套2;
S5:对所述修复管3的端头31进行裁切,并将所述修复管3的端头31向外翻边;
S6:提供一个接头4以及套接在所述接头4上的锁紧元件5,并将所述接头4与安装设备6组装在一起;
S7:将与所述安装设备6相连的所述接头4沿轴向插入所述修复管3中直到推不动为止;
S8:切掉所述修复管3的端头31,并将所述锁紧元件5与所述接头外套3连接到一起;
S9:移除所述安装设备6,从而在所述原有管道1的一个端面上连接了所述接头4。
在步骤S1中,优选地,为了便于施工,所述作业坑201的长度大于6米、宽度大于2米。
在步骤S2中,原有管道1断开长度的根据现场实际情况灵活调整。在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述原有管道1为钢管。
在步骤S5中,所述修复管3的端头31被裁切为若干条,留下对称的两条311,其它条被沿着与所述接头外套2的端面相平齐的位置切除掉。即切掉部分的长度与接头外套2的端面对齐。
在步骤S6中,在将所述接头4和所述安装设备6组装之前,先在所述接头4的内壁上涂覆润滑油,从而便于将所述内胀头61安装入所述接头4。优选地,所述润滑油为石墨润滑脂;当然,锁紧元件5也要提前安装到接头4上。
对所述修复管3的端头31进行裁切,并将所述修复管3的端头31向外翻边;
请参照图10及图15所示,原有管道1被切掉一段长度以形成两个端面,其中所述原有管道1的每一个端面上均连接有所述接头4。所述修复输送管200的方法在步骤S9之后还包括如下步骤:
S10:将两个所述接头4固定在一起以实现内部连通,以得到修复后的输送管200。
所述在步骤S10中,这两个所述接头4的端面对齐设置。在本发明图示的实施方式中,这两个所述接头4焊接固定。
相较于现有技术,本发明很好地解决了新、旧管道的内衬修复连接问题,且易于施工,成本较低。

- 一种连接管组件(100),其特征在于,包括原有管道(1)、固定连接在所述原有管道(1)的端部的接头外套(2)、穿插在所述原有管道(1)中且延伸至所述接头外套(2)的修复管(3)、部分插入所述修复管(3)中的接头(4)、以及套接在所述接头(4)上且与所述接头外套(2)相固定的锁紧元件(5),所述接头(4)包括插入在所述修复管(3)中的插入部(41)以及延伸超出所述接头外套(2)的安装部(42),所述锁紧元件(5)套接在所述安装部(42)上,所述修复管(3)被夹紧在所述插入部(41)与所述接头外套(2)之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的连接管组件(100),其特征在于:所述锁紧元件(5)为锁紧螺帽,所述接头外套(2)设有与所述锁紧螺帽相配合的外螺纹(21)。

- 如权利要求1所述的连接管组件(100),其特征在于:所述接头外套(2)通过法兰盘或者焊接的方式与所述原有管道(1)进行固定连接。
- 一种输送管组件,其特征在于:所述输送管组件包括两组如权利要求1至7项中任意一项所述的连接管组件(100),其中这两组连接管组件(100)的接头(4)固定在一起,从而使两组连接管组件(100)相连通。
- 如权利要求8所述的输送管组件,其特征在于:这两组连接管组件(100)的接头(4)的端面对齐设置。
- 如权利要求8所述的输送管组件,其特征在于:这两组连接管组件(100)的接头(4)焊接固定。
- 一种修复输送管连接接头的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1:在施工位置挖一个作业坑(201),以将原有管道(1)暴露出来;S2:将露出的所述原有管道(1)切断;S3:提供一个接头外套(2),并将所述接头外套(2)与所述原有管道(1)固定连接;S4:提供修复管(3),并将所述修复管(3)穿插在所述原有管道(1)以及所述接头外套(2)中,并使所述修复管(3)的端头(31)延伸超出所述接头外套(2);S5:对所述修复管(3)的端头(31)进行裁切,并将所述修复管(3)的端头(31)向外翻边;S6:提供一个接头(4)以及套接在所述接头(4)上的锁紧元件(5),并将所述接头(4)组装在安装设备(6)上;S7:将与所述安装设备(6)相连的所述接头(4)沿轴向插入所述修复管(3)中直到推不动为止;S8:切掉所述修复管(3)的端头(31),并将所述锁紧元件(5)与所述接头外套(2)连接到一起;S9:移除所述安装设备(6),从而在所述原有管道(1)的一个端面上连接了所述接头(4)。
- 如权利要求11所述的修复输送管连接接头的方法,其特征在于:在步骤S3中,所述接头外套(2)通过法兰盘或者焊接的方式与所述原有管道(1)进行固定连接;在步骤S5中,所述修复管(3)的端头(31)被裁切为若干条,留下对称的两条(311),其它条被沿着与所述接头外套(2)的端面相平齐的位置切除掉。
- 如权利要求11所述的修复输送管连接接头的方法,其特征在于:在步骤S6中,所述安装设备(6)包括内胀头(61)、与所述内胀头(61)相连的连接杆(62)以及与所述连接杆(62)相连的油缸(63),所述内胀头(61)沿轴向部分凸出所述接头(4)。
- 如权利要求13所述的修复输送管连接接头的方法,其特征在于:在步骤S6中,在将所述接头(4)与所述安装设备(6)进行组装之前,先在所述接头(4)的内壁上涂覆润滑油,从而便于将所述内胀头(61)安装入所述接头(4)。
- 如权利要求14所述的修复输送管连接接头的方法,其特征在于:所述接头(4)包括插入在所述修复管(3)中的插入部(41)、延伸超出所述接头外套(2)的安装部(42)以及连接在所述插入部(41)与所述安装部(42)之间的锥形部(43),所述锥形部(43)的外径较小的一端(431)与所述插入部(41)相连,所述锥形部(43)的外径较大的一端(432)与所述安装 部(42)相连,所述安装部(42)的外径大于所述修复管(3)的内径;在步骤S7中,所述锥形部(43)仅部分插入所述修复管(3)中以沿轴向与所述修复管(3)相定位。
- 如权利要求15所述的修复输送管连接接头的方法,其特征在于:在步骤S7中,在所述插入部(41)插入所述修复管(3)时,拉紧所述修复管(3)。
- 如权利要求15所述的修复输送管连接接头的方法,其特征在于:在步骤S9中,先通过所述油缸(63)将所述连接杆(62)向回拉,从而使所述内胀头(61)从所述插入部(41)中移动至所述安装部(42)中;然后再将所述安装设备(6)整体从所述安装部(42)上移除。
- 一种修复输送管的方法,其特征在于:包括如权利要求11至17项中任意一项所述的修复输送管连接接头的方法,原有管道(1)被切掉一段长度以形成两个端面,其中所述原有管道(1)的每一个端面上均连接有所述接头(4),所述修复输送管的方法在步骤S9之后还包括如下步骤:S10:将两个所述接头(4)固定在一起以实现内部连通。
- 如权利要求18所述的修复输送管的方法,其特征在于:所述在步骤S10中,两个所述接头(4)的端面对齐设置。
- 如权利要求18所述的修复输送管的方法,其特征在于:两个所述接头(4)焊接固定。
