Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE MATERIAL PLáSTICO, ESPECIALMENTE MATERIAL TERMOPLáSTICO". Um dispositivo para a preparação de material plástico, especialmente material termoplástico, possui um recipiente de recolha (1) para o material, em que estão previstas ferramentas (21) giratórias, que atuam sobre o material, que são suportadas por um disco de suporte (9) e que giram em torno de um eixo vertical (8) do recipiente (1). O acionamento do disco de suporte (9) processa-se através de uma árvore (4), que passa através do fundo (3) do recipiente (1) e que é accionada por um motor (5). O material é retirado do recipiente (1) através de uma abertura de descarga (15), à qual está ligada a caixa (16) de um parafuso sem-fim (17). A abertura de descarga (15) está prevista no mesmo recipiente de recolha (1) e encontra-se abaixo da trajectória das ferramentas (21) e acima do disco de suporte (9). No mesmo recipiente de recolha (1) estão dispostas, por debaixo do disco de suporte (9), ferramentas móveis adicionais (12) que conduzem o material para a abertura de descarga (15). Consegue-se assim um longo tempo de permanência do material plástico trabalhado no recipiente de recolha (1), de modo ser possível obter uma redução do comprimento de construção e economizar na energia necessária ao accionamento do parafuso sem-fim (17). Um processo para a preparação de tal material plástico prevê, que o material seja trabalhado continuamente no mesmo recipiente de recolha, através de dois jogos de ferramentas dispostos um sobre o outro, em dois níveis sucessivos. No primeiro nível, o material é previamente fragmentado e/ou previamente aquecido e/ou previamente seco e/ou previamente misturado através do jogo de ferramentas superior. No segundo nível, e através do jogo de ferramentas inferior, ocorre o mesmo tratamento do material, contudo, em comparação com o primeiro nível, menos intensivamente. O material assim tratado é conduzido, pelas ferramentas do segundo nível, para um parafuso sem-fim, que faz com que o material saia do recipiente de recolha.
