Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "APARELHO óTICO". A presente invenção descreve um aparelho ótico que opera por difração e/ou por refração por meio do qual a luz solar incidente é passada diretamente de forma perpendicular ao elemento solar que acompanha a posição do sol por meio do dispositivo de acompanhamento (5). O aparelho ótico (3) usa uma folha de desvio de luz (4) dotada de porções de diferentes naturezas com uma estrutura dotada de uma diferente ação ótica. Em virtude da ação do dispositivo de acompanhamento (5) a folha holográfica (4) é movida em relação ao elemento solar (1) de modo que diferentes porções da folha se movem em uma posição operacional acima do elemento solar (1) em sucessão durante o procedimento de acompanhamento.
