Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "TIRA DE TESTE DE BIOSSENSOR ELETROQUìMICO, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO E BIOSSENSOR ELETROQUìMICO". Uma tira de teste de biossensor eletroquímico, um método de fabricação e um biossensor eletroquímico são mostrados. A tira de teste de biossensor eletroquímico é fabricada cortando-se uma cavidade em uma primeira base de isolamento na direção da largura, formando-se dois eletrodos paralelos à direção de comprimento na primeira base de isolamento, por meio de uma crepitação, usando-se uma máscara de sombra, fixando-se um material de reação, que compreende uma enzima, a qual reage com um analisado e gera uma corrente correspondente à concentração de analisado através dos dois eletrodos na cavidade da base de isolamento, e afixando-se uma cobertura à primeira base de isolamento. A cavidade da primeira base de isolamento e a cobertura criam um capilar na posição onde o material de reação é fixado. O método de fabricação pode diminuir os custos de fabricação para a tira de teste, formando eletrodos finos.
