Abstract

"COMPRIMIDO DISPERSìVEL E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a comprimidos dispersíveis contendo macrolídeos como princípios ativos, sozinhos ou associados com outros princípios ativos, assim como a seu processo de preparação. Estes comprimidos dispersíveis são caracterizados em que o macrolídeo é selecionado dentre o grupo consistindo de pristinamicina, azitromicina, roxitromicina, claritromicina e espiramicina, e está presente sob forma de base, nas proporções compreendidas entre 20% e 60% do peso total dos referidos comprimidos, e em que eles compreendem pelo menos um desintegrante, nas proporções compreendidas entre 1% e 25% em peso total dos referidos comprimidos, e pelo menos um adoçante. Aplicação: antibioterapia.
