Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO DE LINGOTAMENTOCONTìNUO ENTRE CILINDROS DE TIRAS DE AçOINOXIDáVEL FERRìTICO DE ALTA DUCTILIDADE, E TIRASFINAS ASSIM OBTIDAS". A invenção refere-se a um processo delingotamento de tiras finas com espessura inferior a 10mm feitas deaço inoxidável ferrítico diretamente a partir de metal líquido entredois cilindros resfriados em rotação de eixos horizontais paralelos,caracterizado pelo fato de que: o dito aço inoxidável ferríticocontém (em porcentagens ponderais) de 11 a 18% de cromo,menos de 1 % de manganês, menos de 1 % de silício, menos de2,5% de molibdênio; o dito aço inoxidável ferrítico tem teores emcarbono e nitrogênio cuja soma dos teores não ultrapassa 0,05%; odito aço inoxidável ferrítico contém pelo menos um dos elementosestabilizantes titânio, nióbio, zircónio, alumínio, e a soma de seusteores está compreendida entre 0,05 e 1%; os outros elementospresentes são ferro e impurezas habituais que resultam daelaboração. A invenção também tem como objetivo tiras finassuscetíveis de ser obtidas pelo processo precedente.
