Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE LáTEX, COMPOSIçãO à BASE DE LáTEX E DISPOSITIVO PARA A MONITORAçãO DIRETA EM LINHA IN SITU DO PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE LáTEX". A presente invenção tem por objeto um novo processo de preparação de látex por (co)polimerização em emulsão de monómeros etilenicamente insaturados, em que a monitoração direta em linha da (co)polimerização é efetuada por espectroscopia Raman. As composições a base de látex susceptíveis de serem obtidas pelo processo de (co)polimerização em emulsão cuja monitoração em linha é realizada por espectroscopia Raman constituindo o segundo objeto da invenção. Por fim, o terceiro objeto da invenção se refere a um dispositivo para a realização do processo acima citado; este dispositivo compreendendo um reator, pelo menos uma sonda óptica, um espectrómetro Raman, fibras ópticas, um computador e um autómato de regulagem.
