Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA ESTRUTURA DE REFORçO PARA PNEUS DE VEìCULOS". Dentro do escopo de fabricação de um pneu, é fabricada uma estrutura de cinta (2), por meio de segmentos em forma de tira (5), cada um compreendendo tiras paralelas incorporadas em uma camada elastoménrical, seq³encialmente assentadas numa relação de aproximação circunferencial mútua sobre um suporte toroidal (3). Durante o assentamento de cada segmento (5), é provocada uma rotação angular no suporte toroidal (3), em torno de um eixo de correção (Y-Y), radial ao eixo de rotação (X-X) do próprio suporte toroidal, situado em posição substancialmente baricêntrica, em relação ao segmento (5), o qual está na iminência de ser assentado. Fica assim garantida uma concordância perfeita de cada segmento em forma de tira (5) com os segmentos em forma de tira adjacentes, mesmo quando o suporte toroidal (3) apresenta uma área de coroa com perfil curvilíneo na seção transversal.
