Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A MOLDAGEM EM UMA FORMA GRANULAR DE UM SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIçãO, E, GRâNULO" é descrito um processo para a moldagem em uma forma granular de um sistema de distribuição para a liberação controlada de compostos flavorizantes ou de fragrância, cujo processo compreende as etapas de preparação de uma mistura de um veículo em fase contínua que contém um composto ou uma composição volátil flavorizante ou de fragrância finamente dividida ali e que tem um baixo teor de água garantindo que temperatura de transição vítrea da dita mistura seja a temperatura de transição vítrea do produto final; aquecimento da mistura dentro de uma extrusora de parafuso até uma temperatura compreendida entre 90 e 130°C para formar uma massa fundida; extrusão da massa fundida através de uma matriz e corte da massa fundida quando esta sai da matriz isto é a uma temperatura acima da temperatura de transição vítrea do veículo.
