Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE PISTãO COM UM ESPAçO OCO PARA UMA MáQUINA DE FABRICAçãO DE COMPRESSOR E PISTãO"<D>. Um método de fabricação de um pistão para um compressor e uma máquina de fabricação de pistão, com a qual um pistão oco que pode permanecer leve enquanto em operação depois de ser construído para um compressor pode ser produzido, são providos. Uma montagem de pistão 51 compreendendo uma peça de corpo e peças de copo é acomodada em um recesso de alojamento 50 de um gabarito de cassete 48 e é transportada. Quando o gabarito de cassete 48 fica posicionado exatamente abaixo de uma câmara de soldagem 45, o recesso de alojamento 50 comunica-se com a câmara de soldagem 45 e fica isolado do ar externo por meio de um material de vedação 53. A pressão na câmara de soldagem 45 é reduzida a quase um vácuo por meio de uma bomba de exaustão 46, e a soldagem por feixe de elétron é aplicada na porção de acoplamento 67 da montagem de pistão 51 em uma atmosfera de quase vácuo. Após a soldagem por feixe de elétron, um espaço oco 68 na montagem de pistão é hermeticamente vedada e contém uma atmosfera de quase vácuo.
