Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"BLOCO DE CILINDROS DE METAL LEVE, PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO"<D>. Um bloco de cilindros de metal leve com pelo menos uma face de trabalho do cilindro, resistente ao desgaste e otimizada em termos tribológicos, consiste em uma liga de matriz de metal leve com uma camada superficial microdispersa que contém precipitações de silício primário. Isto é formado de grãos esferoidais com diâmetros de grão entre 1 a 10 Ám. A camada superficial contém 10 a 14% de eutético AISi, 5 a 20 % de silício primário, o restante pura fase de AI. Na ocasião da fabricação de um bloco de cilindros de metal leve um raio laser é conduzido em uma largura de tira, de maneira transversal em relação ao sentido de avanço, de pelo menos 2mm, sobre a superfície da matriz de metal leve, e pó contendo matéria dura, no ponto de impacto do raio laser sobre a superfície de matriz de metal leve, é aquecido à temperatura de fusão e difundido. Um equipamento para o revestimento de superfícies de trabalho de cilindros ocos consiste em alimentação de pó, equipamento de raio laser e sistema de focalização com espelho de desvio. A alimentação de pó e o equipamento de raio laser são conduzidos de maneira paralela um em relação ao outro em direção radial e axial do cilindro oco. A alimentação de pó é provida de um dispositivo de dosagem, através do qual é regulável o fluxo de volume do pó em dependência da velocidade de avanço do raio laser.
