"DISPOSITIVO DE ABERTURA PARA UMA EMBALAGEM, E, EMBALAGEM PARA PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS DESPEJáVEIS" A invenção se refere a um dispositivo de abertura (1, 1') para embalagens (2, 2') de produtos alimentícios despejáveis, tendo uma armação (9, 40) definindo uma abertura de despejar (10, 41); um membro de partição (11, 42) conectado à armação (9,40) para fechar a abertura de despejar (10, 41), e que é ao menos parcialmente destacável da armação (9,40) ao longo de uma primeira linha de rasgamento preferencial (20, 51); e um membro de abertura (12, 52) conectado ao membro de partição (11, 42) e que é puxado para destacar o membro de partição (11, 42) da armação (9, 40) e, assim, expor a dita abertura de despejar (10, 41); o dispositivo de abertura (1, 1') também tendo um orifício de entrada de ar (30, 55) formado no membro de partição (11, 42); e um membro de ponte (31, 56) conectando o dito membro de abertura (12, 52) à aresta lateral do orifício (30, 55) no membro de partição (11, 42), e que rompido por meio da operação do membro de abertura (12, 52) para admitir ar através do orifício (30, 55) antes de começar o destacamento do membro de partição (11, 42) desde a armação (9, 40).
