Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO DE PROTEçãO PARA UMA DISPOSIçãO DE ACIONAMENTO COM UMA ARTICULAçãO DE CRUZ DUPLA"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de proteção para uma disposição de acionamento que compreende uma articulação de cruz dupla. O dispositivo de proteção abrange um funil de proteção 13 de material sintético, que com uma primeira extremidade axial é fixado numa disposição de mancal 12. Na sua segunda extremidade axial 16, porta um anel de guia 18. Entre os mesmos são dispostas pregas 15. O anel de guia 18, com sua superfície interna de mancal 19 em forma de zona de esfera oca é disposto sobre uma superfície externa de mancal esférica 26 de um anel de mancal 25. O anel de mancal 25 é apoiado por meio de um anel de deslize 30 numa ranhura de mancal 7 da forquilha dupla 2 da articulação de cruz dupla 1. O anel de guia 18 é mantido com tensão prévia em contato com a superfície externa de mancal 26, pelas pregas 15 do funil de proteção 13. Ele pode ser removido pela separação da disposição de mancal, de modo que os componentes da articulação de cruz dupla são acessíveis para trabalhos de manutenção, por exemplo, lubrificação.
