Abstract

"MOLDE DE COLAGEM APERFEIçOADO PARA A FORMAçãO DE APARELHOS HIGIêNICO SANITáRIOS". é descrito um molde de colagem, contendo pelo menos duas partes perfiladas (10, 11, 12) que são aptas para acoplar-se para definir uma cavidade de escoamento destinada para ser preenchida com material cerâmico, e a desacoplar-se para consentir a desmoldagem do aparelho (2) formado, e pelo menos um enxerto (140) apto para colaborar com ditas partes do molde onde realizar sobre o mesmo aparelho pelo menos uma zona em sub esquadro; o dito pelo menos um enxerto é associado a uma das ditas partes do molde através um grupo de sustentação, colocado no interior da cavidade de escoamento, que inclui dois órgãos (18, 29) reciprocamente móveis, do qual um é fixo e está vinculado a dita uma parte do molde, e o outro sustenta o dito pelo menos um enxerto, apto em deslocar-se entre uma primeira posição do dito escoamento, na qual dispõe pelo menos um enxerto na configuração que permite ao mesmo perfilar pelo menos uma zona em sub esquadro, e uma segunda posição, de desmoldagem, na qual desempenha pelo menos um enxerto da zona em sub esquadro.
