Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE CHAPAS APTAS PARA A ESTAMPAGEM POR FUNDIçãO DIRETA DE CINTAS FINAS, E CHAPAS ASSIM OBTIDAS''<D>. A invenção tem por objeto um processo de fabricação de chapas de aço aptas para a estampagem, obtidas a partir de uma cinta, caracterizado pelo fato de: - se fundir diretamente, a partir e metal líquido, uma cinta de aço de espessura 1,5 a 10 mm, tendo a composição em percentagens ponderais: carbono, menos de 0,1%, manganês, de 0,03 a 2%, silício, de 0 a 0,5%, fósforo, de 0 a 0,1%, boro, de 0 a 0,002%, titânio, de 0 a 0,15%, o resto sendo ferro e impurezas resultantes da elaboração; - se proceder a uma primeira laminação a quente em uma ou várias etapas dessa cinta, em fase austenítica, a uma temperatura compreendida entre 950°C e a temperatura Ar~3 ~ dessa cinta com uma taxa de redução global de pelo menos 10%; - se proceder a uma segunda laminação a quente em uma ou várias etapas dessa cinta, em fase ferrítica, a uma temperatura inferior a 850°C com uma taxa de redução global de 50% pelo menos em presença de um lubrificante, a fim de se obter uma chapa laminada a quente, de espessura inferior ou igual a 2mm; - e se proceder a uma recristalização completa em toda a espessura dessa cinta por uma permanência entre 700 e 800°C. A invenção tem igualmente por objeto uma chapa capaz de ser obtida a partir de cintas produzidas pelo processo precedente.
