Abstract

"TERMINAL MóVEL, SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO MóVEL E MéTODO PARA EVITAR ESGOTAMENTO DE CARGA DE BATERIA EM UM TERMINAL MóVEL" O esgotamento de carga de um terminal móvel é evitado regulando uma taxa de transmissão de dados, dependendo da quantidade residual de carga de bateria. Os tempos de carga de bateria e as taxas máximas de transmissão de dados são armazenados em uma tabela. Uma unidade calculadora de tempo de carga de bateria calcula o tempo de carga de bateria estimado com base na quantidade residual de carga de bateria detectada pela unidade detetora de quantidade residual de carga de bateria e na informação de potência de transmissão gerada pela unidade controladora de potência de transmissão. Uma unidade comparadora procura em uma tabela a taxa máxima de transmissão de dados correspondente ao tempo estimado de carga de bateria, e compara a taxa máxima de transmissão de dados encontrada com a taxa de transmissão de dados a ser usada pelo terminal móvel. Usando uma taxa de transmissão de dados mais baixa que aquela do resultado da comparação, um pedido de chamada será feito pelo terminal móvel.
