Abstract
<B>PROCESO PARA INIBIR A POLIMERIZAçãO DE COMPOSTOS FACILMENTE POLIMERIZáVEIS<D> Na destilação de compostos facilmente polimerizáveis como ácido (met) acrílico e ésteres (met) acrílicos utilizando uma unidade de destilação, um líquido tendo substancialmente a mesma composição que aquela de um líquido circundando um elemento constitutivo colocado na unidade de destilação é pulverizado por um meio de pulverização e fornecimento. O líquido fornecido pelo meio de pulverização e fornecimento tem preferivelmente uma taxa de líquido de umedecimento (do líquido pulverizado e fornecido, uma taxa de fluxo de um líquido fixando a e umedecendo o elemento constitutivo) de 0,5 m^ 3^/m^ 2^h ou mais em relação à área superficial do elemento constitutivo. O líquido fornecido pelo meio de pulverização e fornecimento contém preferivelmente um inibidor de polimerização. Também se prefere fornecer um gás contendo oxigênio molecular para a unidade de destilação. Este processo pode inibir eficazmente a polimerização dos compostos facilmente polimerizáveis, cuja polimerização é propensa a ocorrer dentro da unidade de destilação.
