Claims (6)
- 적어도 하나의 일련의 물질 전달단을 함유하는 분리 컬럼 내에서 상승하는 기체 흐름 및 분리 컬럼 내에서 하강하며 용해된 중합 저해제를 포함하는 액체 흐름사이에서의 열 분리 방법으로서, 적어도 하나의 상기 흐름은 (메트)아크릴 단량체를 포함하며, 분리 컬럼의 내부 표면은 분리 컬럼 내에서 하강하며 용해된 중합 저해제를 포함하는 액체 흐름으로 분무되고, 분리 컬럼은 내부 표면의 적어도 일부분이 분무된 하강하는 액체 흐름의 섀도우 영역 내에 있는 내부를 가지며, 여기에서 분무된 하강하는 액체 흐름의 섀도우 내에 있는 내부 표면의 일부분은 피복에 의해 섀도우 영역으로부터 제거되는 열 분리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리 컬럼의 내부 표면이 위쪽으로 이동하는 기체 흐름에 의해 분리 컬럼 내에서 상승하는 액체 흐름으로 분무되고, 이것이 물질 전달단을 통해 통과함에 따라, 그위에 배치된 액체상으로부터 작은 액적을 비말동반하고 이들을 위쪽으로 분무하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분리 컬럼 내에서 설치된 지지체 엘리먼트가 피복된 이중-T 지지체인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분리 컬럼내에 설치된 지지체 엘리먼트가 피복 된 U-형상 지지체인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 물질 전달단이 체단(sieve trays)인 방법.
- 일련의 물질 전달단, 및 지지체 엘리먼트로서 설치된 피복된 이중-T 지지체 또는 피복된 U-형상 지지체 또는 이들 둘 다를 함유하는 분리 컬럼으로서, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법의 조작 중 분무된 하강하는 액체 흐름의 섀도우 내에 있는 상기 지지체의 표면의 일부분이 피복에 의해 섀도우 영역으로부터 제거되는 것인 분리 컬럼.
