Abstract

Методът и устройството намират приложение в металургията за предварително пробиване на междинни блокови заготовки-блуми, които се екструдират впоследствие. С тях се повишава концентричността на отворите в блумите и се осигурява изрезка от отпадъчен материал с предпочитана дебелина. Устройството е с повишени производителност и надеждност. По метода една междинна блокова заготовка-блума (110) се зарежда в контейнер (66) и пробойниково стъбло (36) се придвижва напред към заготовката, а опорен щифт (94) се придвижва в контейнера (66) до контакт с прилежащия край на заготовка-блума (110). При това стъблото (36) се придвижва напред до проникване в блумата (110), а опорният щифт (94) се задържа във фиксирана позиция, докато трае операцията по предварителното пробиване, като между стъблото (36) и опорния щифт (94) се образува една изрезка от отпадъчен материал, след което те едновременно се преместват надясно. Изрезката се отстранява, когато опорният щифт преминава през изхвърляща матрица (95). Подвижна опора (42) се придвижва в контейнера (66) едновременно с пробойниковото стъбло (36) и се изтегля едновременно с него след приключване на операцията по предварителното пробиване. Устройството (10) включва блок на револверната глава (60), блок на пробойника (30) и опорен блок (90), захранваща позиция, позиция за предварително пробиване и разтоварваща позиция, през които циклично преминава всеки един от контейнерите (66), носен от ротационно подвижна револверна глава, към която те са монтирани.
