Abstract
Инсталацията се прилага в миннообогатителната и преработвателната промишленост за извличане на мед от медно-сулфидни концентрати. С нея се намаляват производствените и енергийните разходи и се създава възможност за съществено намаляване на инсталационните площи. Инсталацията включва топилна (1), разделителна (2) и конверторна пещ (3), свързани последователно посредством улеи (7а и 7в). Конверторната пещ (3) е свързана с множество анодни пещи (4) посредством система от други улеи (11), включваща главен улей (11а) и множество разклонени улеи (11в). Към системата е включено селекторно устройство за изборно включване на основния улей (11а) към един от разклонените улеи (11в). Всяка анодна пещ (4) има тяло, изградено от корпус и двойка крайни плочи, като тялото е закрепено с възможност за въртене около хоризонталната му ос, а в корпуса е оформен периферен отвор. Анодната пещ (4) включва и изпускателен тръбопровод, оформящ всмукателен шкаф над отвора в съответствие с предвидения диапазон на въртене на корпуса. Крайният участък на всеки разклонен улей (11в) е снабден с водоохлаждаем кожух. Множеството анодни пещи (4) са разположени паралелно една спрямо друга, като единият край на всяка от тях е насочен към конверторната пещ (3), а корпусите на разположените в близост анодни пещи (4) лежат един срещу друг. 7 претенции, 17 фигури
