Abstract
Метод за получаване на катализатор за полимеризиране на порпилен, съгласно който при температура от 15,5 до 100'с се смесват първи компонент получен от смесването на халогенирано дву-, триили четиривалентно титаново съединение, основа на люис и съединение, избрано измежду магнезиеви и манганови двухалиди, евентуално заедно с твърд органичен материал,който е инертен към катализаторните компоненти, като първият компонент съдържа от 35 до 65% тегл. Магнезиев или манганов двухлорид, от 10 до 60% тегл. Твърд инертен органичен материал и от 5 до 25% тегл. Обединени титаново съединение и основа на люис, като моларното съотношение на титановото съединение към основата на люис е от 0,7:1 до 1,3:1, втори компонент, избран измежду триалкилалуминий и органоалуминиеви съединения, които имат два или повече алуминиеви атома, свързани един с друг посредством кислороден или азотен атом и трети компонент, който е основа на люис, като моларното съотношение на втория компонент към третия компонент е от 1:1 до 8:1 и където моларното съотношение на алуминиевото съединение към първия компонент е от 1:1 до 150:1, характеризиращ се с това, че се добавя четвърти катализаторен компонент, който е органоалуминиево монохалоидно съединение с формула аlr2х, където r групите представляват алкилови радикали с 1-12 въглеродни атома и са еднакви или различни, а х е халогенен атом, като моларното съотношение на четвъртия компонент към титановото съединение е от 0,5:1 до 200:1.
