Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до метод и съоръжение за втвърдяване и сушене на формовани тела на калциевохидросиликатна основа. Съоръжението е под формата на автоклав (1), в чието вътрешно пространство, подъното, са разположени поне един паропровод за свежа пара (10) и простиращи се надлъжно лагерни елементи, поемащи подредени странично един към друг носещи елементи (3а, 3b, 3с) за формованите блокове (2а, 2b, 2c), които се сушат и втвърдяват. Евентуално в областта на страничните стени на автоклаваса предвидени топлинни източници (8а, 8d). Разстоянието между страните на лагерните елементи и на блоковете (2а, 2b, 2c) е избрано така, че да се осигури поточен канал (2d) между блоковете (2а, 2b, 2c). За циркулацията на парата над канала (2d) е разположен най-малко един горен паропровод (7а, 7b).
