Abstract

Poulie pour une transmission synchrone à courroie dentée en un matériau polymère et transmission comprenant ladite poulie. La poulie (1) comporte des évidements (2) dont les flancs (5,6) ont un profil en forme d'arc de parabole et dont le fond (7) a ses extrémités (8,9) qui coincident avec les sommets des profils en arc de parabole. La longueur du fond (D) est comparable (au moins 65 %) à celle des profils en arc de parabole. La forme des évidements est déterminée, de préférence, à l'aide d'une fraise-mère dont la primitive de roulement est tangente à la circonférence extérieure de la poulie.
