Abstract
Deux électrodes principales (12, 14) sont formées dans un plan de façon à etre séparées par un intervalle (42). Une électrode flottante (16) est ensuite formée dans un plan différent de celui des électrodes principales de façon à établir avec elles des surfaces de recouvrement inégales dont on peut modifier sensiblement l'étendue pour faire varier légérement la capacité glogbale du condensateur fini. Domaine d'application : condensateurs de faible capacité et de haute précision.
