Abstract

On place un revetement photosensible sur la surface d'une matrice (10). On place un motif porté par un film par dessus la surface du revetement et on expose le film à une lumière propre à sensibiliser ce revetement . On développe le revetement exposé, ce qui produit un dessin avec des grandes zones ouvertes dépourvues de ce matériau et des petits ilots de matériau de réserve (12) sur ladite matrice (10). Certains ilots ayant des zones ouvertes (11) en leur centre, des éléments en forme de canaux (13) les relient avec les zones ouvertes de grandes dimensions de la matrice. On soumet ensuite la surface de la matrice à une opération de galvanoplastie pour déposer une matière dans les zones ouvertes et les canaux et on retire le matériau (12') et la matrice (10), pour former le pochoir en forme de plaque.
