L'invention a pour objet un appareil électroménager comportant un récipient muni d'un couvercle, un conduit à trémie présentant une extrémité ouverte débouchant dans le récipient et une embouchure accessible de l'extérieur du récipient, un outil monté dans ledit récipient à proximité de l'extrémité ouverte du conduit à trémie et un moteur électrique pour commander le mouvement de travail de l'outil. Cet appareil est muni d'un dispositif de sécurité pour empêcher l'accès involontaire aux lames de coupe constituant l'outil.
L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un appareil électroménager utilisé pour traiter, notamment pour couper, couper en tranches, émincer, hacher, centrifuger, des fruits, des légumes et des produits alimentaires similaires, cet appareil étant muni d'un dispositif de sécurité pour empêcher l'accès involontaire, accidentel ou insconscient à la zone de l'appareil dans laquelle un outil agit pour remplir une ou plusieurs des fonctions mentionnées précédemment.
Un appareil électroménager à plusieurs fonctions du type considéré comporte un récipient, un conduit à trémie présentant une extrémité ouverte débouchant dans le récipient et une embouchure accessible de l'extérieur du récipient, un outil monté dans ledit récipient à proximité de l'extrémité ouverte du conduit à trémie et un moteur pour commander le mouvement de travail de l'outil.
Il est connu qu'en ce qui concerne les appareils électroménagers du type mentionné ci-dessus, l'une des normes de sécurité que l'on devrait respecter en priorité consiste à empêcher que l'utilisateur puisse venir en contact avec l'outil (par exemple les lames de coupe) de l'appareil pendant son fonctionnement, tout en permettant le chargement de cet appareil avec le ou les produits alimentaires à traiter (émincer, hacher, etc...).

sont à l'évidence compliqués, de réalisation coûteuse, encombrants et, dans un grand nombre de cas, ils sont de manipulation labo- rieuse et peuvent rendre pénible l'utilisation de l'appareil électroménager. Ces inconvénients peuvent conduire l'utilisateur de l'appareil électroménager à"oublier"la mise en oeuvre ou l'utilisation du dispositif de sécurité. L'utilisateur opère alors dans une situation de risque qui n'est pas toujours mise claire- ment en évidence.
L'invention a pour but principal de créer un ap- pareil électroménager du type mentionné précédemment, cet appareil étant muni d'un dispositif de sécurité capable d'éviter les incon- vénients cités plus haut en se référant à la technique connue.
A cet effet, l'invention concerne un appareil électroménager du type ci-dessus caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe d'interception guidé sur l'appareil électroménager pour se déplacer d'une première position, dans laquelle il est en face de l'embouchure du conduit à trémie, à au moins une seconde posi- tion, dans laquelle il est éloigné de cette embouchure, et un micro-interrupteur branché électriquement dans le circuit d'ali- mentation du moteur électrique, ce micro-interrupteur étant action- né en position de fermeture par une partie de l'organe d'inter- ception arrêté dans la première position.
Avantageusement et suivant une forme de réalisa- tion préférentielle, l'organe d'interception comporte un élément essentiellement en forme de barre dont une extrémité est montée à rotation sur un pivot porté par le couvercle du récipient, ce pivot s'étendant parallèlement et latéralement au conduit à trémie, au moins un tronçon de l'élément en forme de barre étant sensi- blement coplanaire avec l'embouchure du conduit à trémie et étant muni de la partie d'actionnement du micro-interrupteur.
Le principal avantage obtenu avec un appareil électroménager conforme à l'invention consiste en ce que l'organe d'interception intervient non seulement pour empêcher efficacement l'accès à l'outil de l'appareil électroménager pendant son fonc- tionnement, mais aussi pour ne permettre le fonctionnement de cet appareil que lorsque cet organe est positionné en arrière de l'em- bouchure du conduit à trémie (position de sécurité). avantage important résulte de la construction et du fonctionnement simplifiés du dispositif de sécurité de l'appareil électroménager conforme à l'invention.
On va maintenant décrire l'invention plus en détail en se référant aux dessins annexés dans lesquels : - la Fig. 1, est une vue en élévation et en coupe partielle d'un appareil électroménager muni du dispositif de sécurité conforme à l'invention ; - La Fig.. 2 représente en perspective l'appareil suivant la Fig. 1 ;
Dans les figures ci-dessus, on a désigné par 1 dans son ensemble un appareil électroménager conforme à l'invention. Il s'agit de préférence d'un appareil du type à plusieurs fonctions qui est en mesure d'effectuer, quand il est muni d'outils appropriés, toute une gamme d'opérations, par exemple de couper en tranches, de hacher, d'émincer, de centrifuger, de mélanger, de battre, etc..., des fruits, des légumes et des produits alimentaires similaires.
Un tel appareil comporte un corps 2 dans lequel est formé un logement 3 destiné à recevoir un moteur électrique 4. Latéralement au logement 3 est disposée une embase 5 sur laquelle un récipient 6 est positionné et fixé de façon amovible avec des moyens classiques et non représentés. Le récipient 6 est fermé à sa partie supérieure par un couvercle 7. A l'intérieur du récipient 6 s'étend un arbre moteur 8 porté par l'embase 5 à l'intérieur de laquelle un tronçon d'extrémité de l'arbre est relié à une transmission (non représentée parce qu'elle est connue en soi) actionnée par le moteur électrique 4.
On a désigné par 9 un conduit à trémie pour le changement du récipient 6 avec des fruits, des légumes ou d'autres produits alimentaires similaires à traiter. Suivant une forme de réalisation préférentielle mais non limitative, le conduit à trémie 9 est constitué en une seule pièce avec le couvercle 7, par rapport auquel il s'étend principalement vers l'extérieur du récipient 6, quand le couvercle est disposé sur le récipient.
La référence numérique 10 désigne l'extrémité du conduit à trémie qui est ouverte vers le récipient 6. L'embouchure du conduit à trémie est désignée par 11.

Uniquement à titre d'exemple, l'arbre moteur 8 est rendu solidaire en rotation, par des moyens classiques non représentés, d'une lame de coupe 12 s'étendant radialement par rapport à l'arbre et tournant en position appliquée sur l'extré- mité 10 du conduit à trémie 9 du récipient 6.
L'appareil électroménager décrit précédemment est muni d'un dispositif de sécurité pour empêcher qu'un utilisa- teur quelconque puisse accéder accidentellement, par l'intermé- diaire du conduit à trémie 9, à la lame de coupe 12 pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil.
D'une façon générale, ce dispositif de sécurité comporte un organe d'interception 13 et un micro-interrupteur
14 branché de façon en soi connue et classique dans le circuit électrique d'alimentation (non représenté) du moteur électrique 4.
De façon plus précise et en se référant à la condition"prêt à l'usage"de l'appareil électroménager conforme à l'invention, l'organe d'interception 13 comporte un élément
13'essentiellement façonné en forme d'étrier (en V) et constitué par deux bras inégaux parallèles en forme de barres 15,16 et par un tronçon intermédiaire en forme de barre 17. Les bras 15,16 de l'élément 13'en forme d'étrier s'étendent parallèlement aux côtés opposés du conduit à trémie 9, tandis que le tronçon en forme de barre 17 est sensiblement coplanaire avec l'embouchure
11 du conduit à trémie 9. L'extrémité inférieure du bras 15 est montée à rotation sur un pivot 18 porté par le couvercle 7 et s'étendant parallèlement et latéralement au conduit à trémie 9.
Le bras 16 comporte une partie inférieure 16a s'en- gageant dans une lumière 19 pratiquée dans le logement 3 du corps
2 et s'étendant de façon concentrique à l'axe du pivot 18. L'ex- trémité libre inférieure du bras 16, située à l'intérieur du 1 logement 3, intercepte et actionne le micro-interrupteur 14 quand le tronçon intermédiaire en forme de barre 17 de l'élément 13' en forme d'étrier s'étend transversalement par rapport à l'embou- chure 11 du conduit à trémie 9 dans une position sensiblement centrale sur celle-ci.

Il est clair que dans cette position le tronçon intermédiaire en forme de barre 17 de l'élément 13'en forme d'étrier (organe d'interception) empêche que l'utilisateur ou tout autre personne puisse introduire la main dans le conduit à trémie 9 et accéder à la lame de coupe 12 pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil électroménager. En outre, il est clair que dès que le tronçon en forme de barre 17 est déplacé de la position d'interception ci-dessus, l'extrémité libre inférieure du bras 16 de l'élément 13'en forme d'étrier est éloignée du micro-interrupteur 14. Il en résulte que le moteur 4 ne peut plus fonctionner. L'organe d'interception 13 ne permet donc pas le fonctionnement de l'appareil électroménager conforme à l'invention, sauf quand il est mis dans la position de sécurité.
Il y a lieu de remarquer que dans le cas d'un mode de réalisation préférentiel et non limitatif, le couvercle 7 est du type muni de moyens qui ne donnent la permission de fonctionnement au moteur 4 que si le couvercle est bien positionné pour la fermeture du récipient 6. Par exemple, ce couvercle 7 est. muni d'une denture (non représentée) qui attaque, à travers la lumière 19 mentionnée précédemment, un micro-interrupteur correspondant (non représenté) monté dans le logement 3 du corps 2 de l'appareil électroménager.
Bien entendu, les dimensions de l'élément 13' en forme d'étrier, en particulier la longueur des bras 15,16 de celui-ci varient en fonction de la hauteur du conduit à trémie 9 au-dessus du couvercle 7. De même, la longueur et la largeur du tronçon intermédiaire 17 de cet élément 13'en forme d'étrier varient en fonction des dimensions transversales de l'embouchure 11 du conduit à trémie 9.

The subject of the invention is a household appliance comprising a container fitted with a cover, a hopper duct having an open end opening into the container and a mouth accessible from the outside of the container, a tool mounted in said container near the open end of the hopper duct and an electric motor to control the working movement of the tool. This appliance is fitted with a safety device to prevent unintended access to the cutting blades making up the tool.
The invention relates more particularly to a household appliance used for treating, in particular for cutting, slicing, slicing, chopping, centrifuging, fruits, vegetables and similar food products, this appliance being provided with a safety device to prevent involuntary, accidental or unconscious access to the area of the device in which a tool acts to perform one or more of the functions mentioned above.

These drawbacks can lead the user of the household appliance to "forget" the implementation or the use of the safety device. The user then operates in a risk situation which is not always clearly highlighted.
The main object of the invention is to create a household appliance of the type mentioned above, this appliance being provided with a safety device capable of avoiding the drawbacks mentioned above with reference to the known technique.
To this end, the invention relates to a household appliance of the above type, characterized in that it comprises an interception member guided on the household appliance to move from a first position, in which it is opposite the mouth of the hopper duct, in at least a second position, in which it is distant from this mouth, and a microswitch electrically connected to the power supply circuit of the electric motor, this microswitch actuated in the closed position by a part of the intercepting member stopped in the first position.
Advantageously and according to a preferred embodiment, the intercepting member comprises an element essentially in the form of a bar, one end of which is rotatably mounted on a pivot carried by the container lid, this pivot extending parallel and laterally. at the hopper line, at least one section of the bar-shaped element being substantially coplanar with the mouth of the hopper line and being provided with the actuating part of the microswitch.

In the above figures, a whole appliance has been designated by 1 in accordance with the invention. It is preferably a multi-function type device which is capable of performing, when provided with appropriate tools, a whole range of operations, for example cutting into slices, chopping, d '' mince, centrifuge, mix, beat, etc ..., fruits, vegetables and similar food products.
Such an apparatus comprises a body 2 in which is formed a housing 3 intended to receive an electric motor 4.
