<EMI ID=2.1>

- Figure 1, une coupe longitudinale d'un appareil de préparation d'eau industrielle, en position couchée ;

Industrial water preparation apparatus.
The invention relates to an apparatus for preparing industrial water for connecting to a heating installation, with, mounted between the wall of the boiler and a conductive pipe coaxial with the latter, a heat exchanger for the supply of water. of heating.
It is known from the German patent publication
<EMI ID = 1.1>
trielle, in which a heating coil is arranged between a metal casing and a conductive pipe coaxial therewith. In this embodiment,
the conductive pipe is provided at the top with a partition through which a flow opening is made. This flow opening is necessary to be able to draw off the heated water which is in the tank if necessary. Such an embodiment has the following great drawback.
For the flow and heating of industrial water by means of the heating coil, a flow resistance must be created. The coil only achieves its full effect when the full quantity of industrial water touches the heat exchanger. This is not the case, however, in the known embodiment, since, due to the flow opening in the partition of the conductive pipe, there is only a small part of the water. industrial process that affects the heat exchanger.
For such an embodiment, therefore, a significantly larger heat exchanger heating surface is required. This negative effect of this embodiment becomes more marked as the hourly heat requirement is greater.
The known embodiment has a further challenge.
<EMI ID = 2.1>
stationary and inside the boiler casing, so that the checks and cleaning of the coil
can only be done at the cost of a significant expense.
An apparatus for preparing industrial water is also known in which industrial water is heated.
by means of a heat exchanger through which the hot water passes Here, the coaxial conductive pipe also has a partition plate in which a large-dimension flow opening is provided, which can be closed by means of a valve. This embodiment also has the disadvantage that when the valve is open, the heat exchanger is affected only by a partial flow during the withdrawal of industrial water, and that one thus obtains
low efficiency of the heating surface If the valve
of the partition is closed, it is impossible to draw off at the same time accumulated water which has heated up.
Another notable drawback is that, when the valve is closed, and no industrial water intake is practiced, - it is not possible to continue heating the contents of the accumulator.
The object of the invention is to provide an apparatus for the preparation of industrial water in which the aforementioned drawbacks are avoided and in which the heat exchanger is at all times affected by all the quantity of industrial water that is to be taken. , while at the same time,
the accumulated heated industrial water can be withdrawn.
On the other hand, the invention aims to shape the heat exchanger in such a way that, despite the forced flow and the corresponding higher thermal efficiency, the contents of the accumulator continue to heat up without that it is necessary for that to borrow industrial water from it.
These problems are solved according to the invention by
the fact that the heating water inlet pipe is
inside the conductive pipe, in the lower region. and that a small part of the helical heating surface

re by the forced stream of industrial water. By this arrangement of the heat exchanger, water circulates in the direction indicated by the arrows, so that industrial water accumulators of any size can be connected after the exchanger. heat, so that the heat output of the heat exchanger through which a forced current flows is added that of the accumulator.
Another advantage of the invention is that after removal of the cover, the entire heat exchanger, despite its arrangement as a heating surface through which a forced current flows, is free or open and can be checked or cleaned. After unscrewing the flow and return pipes, the heat exchanger can be removed to
clean or change it, without disassembling the tuya cover conductor.
For the implementation of the invention, provision has been made to assemble the connection pipes directly to the heat exchanger, on the heating side, to the assembly nut of the heat exchanger, by making the connection. flange preferably as free flange. A connection on the heating side is also possible by turning a threaded flange on the threaded connection piece protruding above the heat exchanger. As a variant of the embodiment shown, it is possible to assemble the heat exchanger as well as the industrial water withdrawal pipe, rigidly to the cover.
The invention will be described more fully using
the drawing of two exemplary embodiments where others will be seen. features of the invention. We see, in:
- Figure 1, a longitudinal section of an industrial water preparation apparatus, in the lying position;
- Figure 2, a longitudinal section of an apparatus for preparing industrial water, drawn up, with incorporation of a heat exchanger placed horizontally.
The apparatus for preparing industrial water, shown in Figures 1 and 2, comprises a casing 3. as well as a cover 4 which is removably fitted thereto. To the cover 4 is fitted directly, without additional support or partition, a conductive pipe 5. Between the casing 3 and
the conductive pipe 5 is the heat exchanger 6 through which the heating water passes, which preferably consists of flexible pipes, and which comprises one or more coils. The coils are grouped together on an assembly part 7 (when returning from the heating side). The group
from the heating side is done on a collector pipe
11 which then extends through the assembly pipe 10. Parts 7 and 10 are connected to the cover, preferably
removably, the connection pipes 9 and 13 on the heating side being connected directly to the nuts
fixing 8 and 12. Both the tubing 9 and the tubing 13 are preferably provided with a free flange.
The heating side flow duct 10 is arranged
inside the conductive pipe 5, in its lower region The industrial water is withdrawn through the pipe
14 which is also placed inside the conductive pipe 5 and which is assembled, preferably removably, to the cover 4. The industrial water supply pipe
15, is arranged in the cover 4, in the annular space between the casing 3 and the conductive pipe 5; the pipe 16 is used for connecting the circulation pipe.
As can be seen from Figures 1 and 2, the heating water flows through the heat exchanger 6, following arrow 17 and comes out through 18. The industrial water enters through 19. and the heating water flows countercurrently through the heat exchanger 6. Within the storage space of the industrial water preparation apparatus, there is a circulation of. water according to the arrows shown.
From figures 1 and 2, it can also be seen that the whole of the heat exchanger 6, when the cover 4 has been detached, can be extracted from the container, as a block, with all its annexed parts, and is freely accessible. .
