L'appareil de sudation, objet de l'invention, est individuel et portatifo
Il remplace avantageusement, malgré son faible encombrement et son prix modique, n'importe lequel des appareils très coûteux utilisés par les professionnels.
Il se compose d'une housse et d'un dispositif de chauffage..
Selon un premier mode de réalisation, la housse est hermétique et réalisée en toile à enduction plastique.
Elle est de forme cylindrique maintenue, pendant, l'usage, par un cercle démontable placé à sa partie supérieure.
Le dessus de la housse présente une ouverture pour le passage de la tête, ladite ouverture pouvant être réglée à l'aide d'une fermeture à glissière, et deux fentes, munies également de fermetures a glissières, permettant le passage des mains.

Enfin un thermomètre à cadran encastré dans le dessus de la housse permet au patient de suivre et de contrôler l'évolution de la température ambiante de son bain.
Le dispositif de chauffage, ou générateur, qui se place sous la chaise sur laquelle le patient est assis, est mixte et conçu de manière à fournir la cnaleur utile et, en plus, de la vapeur d'eau indispensable pour supporter sans aucune fatigue une température élevée pendant de longues séances.
Il se compose d'un récipient, à double paroi, pouvant contenir une certaine quantité d'eau chauffée par une résis- tance électrique placée dans un logement du fond.
La vapeur d'eau se dégage normalement pendant le chauffage.
D'autre part, de l'air frais entre à la partie infé- rieure de la double paroi, se réchauffe et s'échappe par des trous périphériques prévus à la partie supérieure.
Cette circulation d'air, indispensable pour le chauffage du bain constitué par l'intérieur de la housse a, en outre, l'avantage de refroidir la résistance chauffante ce qui évite sa détérioration prématurée.
Selon un seoond mode de réalisation, la housse est mixte pour permettre soit un bain général, jusqu'au cou, soit un bain local, jusqu'à la taille.
En outre, le dispositif de chauffage est établi pour pouvoir fonctionner à l'alcool ou analogue.
La housse qui comporte toujours sur sa face supérieure des fentes pour le passage des mains et un thermomètre de contrôle, présente en son centre une collerette amovible circulaire pouvant se détacher entièrement grâce à une fermeture à glissière périphérique. La collerette comporte u:, trou central, pour le passage de la tête, que l'on dégage au moment de l'utilisation par l'ouverture de deux fentes rayonnantes à fermetures 'à glissières.
En outre, la face supérieure de la housse présente

sur le même diamètre que la collerette précitée, une basque froncée, élastique,qui s'adapte parfaitement à la taille de chaque sujet pour le bain local.
Le générateur de vapeur et de chaleur conserve les mêmes caractéristiques que celui du premier mode de réalisa- tion, la seule différence consiste, comme déjà indiqué ci- dessus, dans le fait qu'on remplace le chauffage électrique par un chauffage à l'alcool.
L'invention sera mieux comprise par la description qui suit et en se référant aux dessins annexés à titre d'exemple indicatif mais non limitatif dans lesquels :

En se reportant aux dessins, et selon un premier mode de réalisation, 1 est une housse, en toile à enduction plastique, de forme cylindrique dont la partie supérieure 2 comporte une ouverture 3 pour le passage de la tête du patient et des fentes 4 pour le passage éventuel des' mains.
L'ouverture 3 et les fentes 4'sont munies de fermetures à glissières.
La forme cylindrique de la housse, dont la partie supérieure 2 repose sur les épaules du patient,-est maintenue par une armature 5, en forme de cercle, composée d'éléments démontables (figure 4).'
Ces éléments se raccordent bout à bout et sont fixés les uns aux autres par un écrou 6 se vissant sur un goujon fileté dont est munie l'une de leurs extrémités et sur lequel chevauche un embout 7 de l'élément adjacent.
Les éléments du cercle 5 s'engagent dans des coulants 8 prévus à l'intérieur de la périphérie de la partie supérieure 2 de la housse 1.
Enfin, un thermomètre à cadran 9 permet au patient de suivre l'évolution de la température de son bain.
Après usage, on démonte les éléments du cercle 5 et la housse peut être pliée et rangée dans un espace très petit. -
Le dispositif de chauffage, ou générateur, se compose d'un récipient 10, en forme de cuvette, reposant sur des pieds 11. Ce récipient, réalisé ici par repoussage, est conformé de manière que sous son fond 12 puisse être logée une résistance chauffante 13.
En outre, ce générateur comporte une double paroi 14, extérieure, formant une cheminée 15 annulaire permettant l'entrée de l'air froid par des trous 16 du fond 17 et l'évacuation de cet air réchauffé par des trous 18 péri.- phériques prévus à la partie supérieure.
De ce fait, ce générateur fournit ae l'air chaud de la manière précitée et de la vapeur provenant de l'échauffe-

ment de l'eau contenue dans la cuvette 10.
Pour utiliser l'ensemble de cet appareil, le générateur, rempli d'eau et branché, se place sous une chaise sur laquelle s'assoit le patient après s'être recouvert de la housse.
Selon un second mode de réalisation, la housse 19 est toujours de forme cylindrique et sa partie supérieure 20 est toujours maintenue rigidement par une armature ciconfé- rentielle démontable placée à l'intérieur mais la partie supérieure 20 comporte solidairement une basque 21 froncée dont l'ouverture centrale 22 est élastique ae manière à pouvoir se serrer autour de la taille de la patiente (figure 5).
Une collerette amovible 23 peut se placer sur la basque 21 et se fixer à la périphérie ae celle-ci à l'aide d'une fermeture à glissières 24 usuelle périphérique .et démontable.
La collerette 23 présente un trou central 25 relié par aeux fentes rayonnantes 26 et 26' à la périphérie de la dite collerette. Les deux fentes sont munies de fermetures à glissières.
Pour prendre un bain général (figure 4) la patiente ouvre les fermetures des deux fentes, passe sa tête dans le trou 25, puis referme les dites fermetures.
Il y a lieu de noter que l'ouverture froncée de la basque a un diamètre.supérieur à celui de la collerette pour ne pas gêner la patiente pendant le bain général.
Le générateur (figure 6) ne diffère de celui aécrit dans le premier mode de réalisation que par son dispositif de chauffage qui est constitué par une lampe 27 à alcool ou analogue.

The sweating apparatus, object of the invention, is individual and portable.
It advantageously replaces, despite its small size and low price, any of the very expensive devices used by professionals.
It consists of a cover and a heater.
According to a first embodiment, the cover is airtight and made of plastic coated canvas.
It is cylindrical in shape, maintained during use by a removable circle placed at its upper part.
The top of the cover has an opening for the passage of the head, said opening being adjustable by means of a zipper, and two slots, also provided with zippers, allowing the passage of the hands.

Finally, a dial thermometer embedded in the top of the cover allows the patient to follow and control the evolution of the ambient temperature of his bath.
The heating device, or generator, which is placed under the chair on which the patient is seated, is mixed and designed so as to provide the useful value and, in addition, the water vapor essential to withstand without any fatigue a high temperature for long sessions.
It consists of a double-walled container that can contain a certain quantity of water heated by an electric resistance placed in a housing at the bottom.
Water vapor is normally released during heating.
On the other hand, cool air enters the lower part of the double wall, heats up and escapes through peripheral holes provided in the upper part.
This air circulation, essential for heating the bath formed by the inside of the cover, has the further advantage of cooling the heating resistance which prevents its premature deterioration.
According to a second embodiment, the cover is mixed to allow either a general bath, up to the neck, or a local bath, up to the waist.
