Abstract

The removable handle for kitchen utensils slides over a sleeve (1) attached to the utensil which fits into a slot (21) in the handle. The handle is held in place by a spring-loaded lever which is attached at its other end to a pin (27) which fits into a hole (11) in the sleeve.

Description

Removable handle structure, in particular for kitchen utensils

  Although conventional kitchen utensils have heat-insulating structures, these are simply structures

  having a low thermal conductivity. They are not

  fully heat-insulated. Therefore, when a pan or frying pan is heated on a stove, the fire not only heats the food in the pan, the surrounding air is also heated,

  and transmits heat to the outer surface of the heat-insulating structure.

  The heat-insulating structure can therefore, although it can prevent the conduction of heat from the body of the pan or frying pan to

  handle, heat up after a while, and use it

  The present invention will be better understood on reading the

in use.

  The present invention comprises a handle 1 and a handle

2, as shown in Figure 1.

  The handle 1 is a hollow rectangular tube or a rec-

  tangular. The handle 1 has a first end and a se-

  end. The first end of the handle 1 is welded to a

  pan or else is formed in one piece with the pan. The se-

  end cap is provided with a through hole 11.

  The handle 2 includes a body which has a first ex-

  end and a second end. The first end of the handle 2 is provided with a through slot 21 and a key slot 22 is provided on the upper face of the first end. The key slot 22 has a bottom portion which has one end

  provided with a pin hole 23 which passes through the through slot

  21, the other end being provided with a projection 24. The two sides

  side kings of the key slot 22 are provided with a pivot groove 25. The key slot 22 is designed to receive a key 26. One end of the key 26 is provided with a pin 27, its other end being provided with a spring 28. One end of the spring 28 is adjusted on the projection 24 in the key slot 22 when the key 26 is positioned in the key slot 22. Both sides

  of the key 26 are provided with a respective pivot rod 29. The stems-

  pivots 29 are both placed in the pivot grooves 25 on

  the two side walls of the slot 22 for touch.

  During assembly, the key 26 is placed inside the key slot 22, and the pin 27 of the key 26 is inserted

  in the pin hole 23 and exposed in the through slot 21.

  At the same time, the spring 28 is fixed on the projection 24, and the pivot rod

  29 is arranged in the pivot grooves 25 so as to be able to

  vote, thus completing the assembly of handle 2 to handle 1

  connected to the pan, as shown in Figure 2.

  Figure 3 shows an embodiment of the present in-

  vention in use. The top of a stove has a

  reality of heating units, and pots and pans containing food

  are placed on the heating units. When snack food

  roles are cooked, the user installs the through slot 21 pre-

  view of the handle 2 on the handle 1 connected to one of the pots and

  put the pin 27 in the through hole 11 of the handle 1 so that the pan can be grasped. Therefore, one can appreciate the fact

  that the removable structure of the handle 2 can eliminate the disadvantages

  nients of the prior art, in which the insulating handle can become very hot as a result of thermal conduction when the pan

  is heated by a stove heating unit.

  It is understood that the foregoing description has not been given

  or modifications may be made to it as part of the pre-

invention.

Claims (1)

  1. Removable handle structure, in particular for utensils   kitchen utensils, comprising a handle and a handle, in which: said handle (1) is a hollow rectangular tube or a bar   rectangular, and has a first end and a second ex-   end, said first end being welded to a pan or formed integrally with the pan, said second end being provided with a through hole (11); and said handle (2) includes a body which has a first end and a second end, said first end being provided with a through slot (21) and a key slot (22) on the upper face of said first end , said slot (22)   for key having a lower part which has an end   mite provided with a pin hole (23) which passes through said through slot (21), the other end being provided with a projection (24), the two side walls of said key slot (22) being provided a respective pivot groove (25), said key slot (22) being adapted to receive a key (26), one end of said key (26) being provided with a pin 27, its other end being provided with 'a spring (28), one end of said spring (28) being   fitted on said projection (24) in said slot (22) for touch when   that said key (26) is positioned in said slot (22) for all   che, the two sides of said key (26) being provided with a respective pivot rod (29), said pivot rods (29) being both placed in said pivot grooves (25) on said two side walls of said key slot (22).
