   La présente invention concerne un porte-bagage pour bicyclette ou véhicule analogue, caractérisé par ce qu'il est constitué par des é- léments métalliques assemblés de manière à permettre leur repliage les uns sur les autres, afin de réduire l'encombrement du porte-bagage pour le stockage et le transporto 
Suivant un mode de réalisation de   l'invention ,  le porte-bagage est constitué par deux éléments latéraux qui se qui se fixent sur le cadre et auxquels est assujetti un élément horizontal formant plateforme qui se fixe sur le garde-boue de la roue. 



   Suivant un autre mode de réalisation les éléments latéraux sont montés à charnière sur l'élément central. 



   L'invention s'étend également aux caractéristiques ci-après et à leurs diverses combinaisons possibles. 



   Un porte-bagage conforme à l'invention est représentée à titre d'exemple non limitatif sur les dessins ci-joints dans lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue en perspective de ce porte-bagage monté sur le 'cadre de -la bicyclette. 



   - la figure 2 est une vue de détail en élévation montrant l'axe des articulations des éléments constituant le porte-bagage. 



   - la figure 3 est une vue de gauche de la figure 2. 



   - la figure 4 montre l'ensemble des éléments latéraux sur le cadre de la bicycletteo - la figure 5 est une vue illustrant le repliage des éléments constituant le porte-bagage, repliage qui permet de réduire l'encombrement notamment pour le stockage et le transport. 



   Le porte-bagage illustré sur les dessins ci-joints est constitué par des éléments métalliques 1 et 2, montés de façon amovible l'un par rap- port à l'autre de manière à pouvoir se replier les uns sur les autres, en vue de réduire l'encombrement pour le stockage et le transport. Les élé- ments latéraux affectent la forme d'un triangle et sont fixés sur la patte 3 du cadre supportant la-roue. 



   La fixation de ces éléments 1 sur la patte 2 est réalisée, comme le montre notamment la figure   4,   au moyen de pièces cylindriques 4 présen- tant une encoche destinée au passage de l'extrémité de! ces éléments 1. 



   Ces éléments 1 reposent dans une cuvette 5 assujettie à la pièce   cylindriques-   4 et maintenue sur cette dernière au moyen d'un écrou 6 qui se visse sur une partie filetée 7. 



   L'élément central 2 est fixé de la même manière sur le garde- boue 8 de la bicycletteo 
Les éléments 1 et 2 sont articulés, les uns par rapport aux au- tres comme l'indiquent notamment les figures 1, 2 et 3. 



   A cet effet, ces éléments sont assemblés au moyen de pièces cy- lindriques 9 comportant une ouverture oblongue 10 permettant le passage des dits éléments. 



   Cette pièce cylindrique 9 est combinée avec une cuvette mainte- nue par un écrou qui se visse sur la partie filetée 13 solidaire de la pièce cylindrique 9. 



   Cette réalisation permet un montage et un démontage des éléments les uns par rapport aux autres, le cas échéant.

   Le montage rigide des éléments 1 et 2 peut être; en outre, conso- lidé par vissage d'une vis 14 dans une pièce cylindrique 9, l'extrémité de cette vis 14 s'engageant entrelles tiges des éléments 1 et 2. 



   Il est bien évident que l'invention ne se limite pas à l'exemple de réalisation ci-dessus décrit et représenté, à partir duquel on pourra prévoir de multiples variantes, sans pour cela sortir du cadre de l'inven- tion. 



   REVENDICATIONS 
1 ) Porte-bagage pour bicyclette ou véhicule analogue caractérisé par ce qu'il est constitué par des éléments métalliques assemblés de ma- nière à permettre leur repliage les uns sur les autres, afin dé réduire l'en- combrement du porte-bagage pour le stockage et le transport.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the luggage carrier consists of two side elements which are fixed to the frame and to which is attached a horizontal element forming a platform which is fixed to the mudguard of the wheel.

   The invention also extends to the following characteristics and their various possible combinations.



   A luggage carrier according to the invention is shown by way of non-limiting example in the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a perspective view of this luggage carrier mounted on the 'frame of the bicycle .



   - Figure 2 is a detail elevational view showing the axis of the joints of the elements constituting the luggage rack.



   - Figure 3 is a left view of Figure 2.



   - Figure 4 shows all of the side elements on the frame of the bicycle - Figure 5 is a view illustrating the folding of the elements constituting the luggage rack, folding which allows to reduce the bulk especially for storage and transport .



   The luggage rack illustrated in the accompanying drawings consists of metal elements 1 and 2, mounted removably with respect to one another so as to be able to fold over one another, in view reduce space requirements for storage and transport. The side elements take the shape of a triangle and are fixed to the tab 3 of the frame supporting the wheel.



   The fixing of these elements 1 on the lug 2 is carried out, as shown in particular in FIG. 4, by means of cylindrical parts 4 having a notch intended for the passage of the end of! these elements 1.



   These elements 1 rest in a bowl 5 secured to the cylindrical part 4 and held on the latter by means of a nut 6 which screws onto a threaded part 7.



   The central element 2 is fixed in the same way on the mudguard 8 of the bicycle.
The elements 1 and 2 are articulated with respect to each other, as shown in particular in Figures 1, 2 and 3.



   To this end, these elements are assembled by means of cylindrical parts 9 comprising an oblong opening 10 allowing the passage of said elements.



   This cylindrical part 9 is combined with a cup held by a nut which screws onto the threaded part 13 integral with the cylindrical part 9.



   This embodiment allows assembly and disassembly of the elements relative to each other, if necessary.

   The rigid assembly of elements 1 and 2 can be; furthermore, consolidated by screwing a screw 14 into a cylindrical part 9, the end of this screw 14 engaging between the rods of elements 1 and 2.



   It is obvious that the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiment described and represented above, from which it is possible to provide multiple variants, without thereby departing from the scope of the invention.
